We are looking to hire a full-time Product Analyst. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research to identify new growth opportunities, turn data into hypotheses, and help validate them. Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes
- Facilitate data-informed decision-making across product and business teams;
- Proactively identify and suggest growth areas;
- Generate hypotheses and test them using data
- Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
What You Will Need
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role;
- Ability to see real-world meaning behind numbers and identify root causes;
- Ability to structure information and explain it clearly;
- Ability to reasonably and clearly defend your point of view and listen to others;
- Strong statistical literacy and data interpretation (critical thinking, recognizing biases/limits, assessing data-source reliability);
- Proficiency in data visualization (effective visualization for different audiences and contexts);
- Continuous learning mindset; adaptability to new methods and tools;
- English at B2 level or higher.
